How does the coupon work? When I click on it, it takes me online (to my Sam’s account, but it says that it is 19.99.

Hi Jenna,
The free sample is already gone… Normally, you would just enter your Sams’ Club member number and it would take you to a page that allows you to fill in your shipping info. This is a very popular freebie and it goes fast. Hope this helps.
